If your order has not entered the shipping process, you may cancel individual items or the entire order. Once the order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still have the right to return items after delivery. For more information about your return rights, please consult our Return Policy.

  • If your order includes a set or bundle of multiple items, canceling one item of the set will cancel all items that have not yet been shipped. This procedure applies to both multi-item sets and bundled offers.

  • Once an item/order has been successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Any payment made for canceled items/orders will be refunded within 15 business days.
