SHIPPING INFORMATION
Β
Delivery Methods and Times
Β
Products are shipped via express courier. Delivery times to the customer vary depending on the destination, the time the order is received, and product availability. In any case, delivery times will never exceed those provided under Article 6 of Legislative Decree 185/99.
Β
-
For available products, shipment to the courier occurs within 2 business days from the order confirmation sent to the customer.
-
Unless unforeseen events occur, delivery within Italy will take approximately 5 business days from handover to the courier.
-
For hard-to-reach locations (mountain areas, small islands, remote outskirts), delivery times may be up to 8 business days.
Β
Upon receiving the goods, the customer must verify that the package is properly sealed, intact, and undamaged. Each package has a security tape to prevent tampering. If the tape is damaged, the customer must immediately report this to the courier, accepting the package with a specific reservation indicating where and how the package appears damaged. Otherwise, the package is considered properly delivered.
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice. A second delivery attempt will be made the following day. If delivery is still not possible, the customer must contact the courier as soon as possible to arrange delivery, within a maximum of 2 business days.
To ensure smooth delivery, the customer is required to provide a mobile phone number in the delivery details.

Right of Withdrawal
Β
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21/2014), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty or reason within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the purchased goods.
Β
-
When returning a product, if a replacement is requested, the reshipping costs are borne by the customer.
-
The customer must specify in the email and printed documentation that the return is intended as an exchange, indicating the desired replacement item.
-
The customer is responsible for any diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the item.
Β
All risks associated with the return shipment are borne by the customer. Return shipping is always at the customerβs expense, and reshipping costs are also always the customerβs responsibility.
